About No Lies Lifting
No Lies Lifting was founded out of frustration with the bullshit people are fed by fitness influencers, short-form clips, and viral claims dressed up as rules.
We kept seeing the same pattern: someone shares an IG Reel or YouTube Short saying "do this or you will never gain muscle," "stop doing this exercise," or "this supplement changes everything." Sometimes there is a useful idea inside. Too often, there is urgency, cherry-picked evidence, or a funnel waiting at the end.
No Lies Lifting exists to be a no-strings-attached source of truth for training and nutrition claims: clear verdicts when you just need to know what to do, and deeper evidence trails when you want to understand why.
Why we exist
Fitness advice online is noisy, urgent, and usually stripped of context. For many readers, good advice, exaggerated advice, scams, and click farming all look the same in the feed.
What we promise
We will never promote a claim we cannot back with science. No manufactured urgency, no supplement-funnel logic, no pretending weak evidence is stronger than it is. Integrity and trust come first.
How it helps
No Lies Lifting combines a clear fitness glossary, claim-answer articles, and guides on what actually deserves your focus. The format works whether you want a short verdict or the full analysis behind it.
We are anti-hype, anti-scam, and pro-evidence.
This does not mean every influencer is bad or every piece of online fitness content is worthless. It means claims should earn your trust before they change your training, diet, money, or self-trust.
